When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Trips to the post office are done every other day. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after USPS handoff.
If your package is lost, I don' t mind replacing the lost pins, but I do ask for the customer to cover the shipping fee.
Does my order come with a tracking number?
For US and Canadian Customers: All orders will include a tracking number from USPS.
For International Customers: Our shop uses PirateShip to keep international shipping low. The first tracking number will be going to a distribution center and always starts with "AHOY". Once the package arrives, the distribution center will provide another tracking number going to the designated country (this takes around a week). Once we get the updated number, we will update your shipping information.
Note for International Buyers
Seller is not responsible for any customs duties nor VAT requirements per the buyer's country. Buyers must be aware of their own country's customs duties and VAT requirements prior to purchasing from the shop.
